Commitment and Measures to Ensure Quality

Our company will manufacture the tendered products strictly in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents. All performance indicators are ensured to meet the technical requirements and parameters stipulated in the tender documents, and the products comply with the current national standards and industry standards.


During the production process, we will strictly control the quality. We will strictly follow the inspection and control procedures in the ISO9001 system, adhere to the principle of "combination of self-inspection and mutual inspection by production workers, and special inspection and final inspection by inspectors", and clearly define the responsibilities to the leaders in charge and each worker to ensure that the qualified rate of finished products leaving the factory reaches 100%.


The packaging of the products adopts the packaging form that protects the products to ensure the safety of the equipment during loading, unloading and transportation.
Here, our company solemnly promises: If a certain product provided by our company fails to meet the national or industry standards, our company will first propose that your company return the product, and re-provide qualified products and take corresponding responsibilities. During the project acceptance, if the acceptance fails due to the quality problems of our company's products, our company is responsible for free repair or unconditionally providing the same type of new products and bearing the corresponding losses.

Commitment to Guarantee Delivery Time and Warranty Period

Delivery Time: Our company will strictly adhere to the delivery date stipulated in the signed contract. Any delay will be punished in accordance with the regulations specified in the contract.


Warranty Period: Our company offers a one-year warranty service for the products used in this project. During the warranty period, repairs are free of charge. For product damage caused by improper use by the user or natural disasters, as well as products beyond the warranty period, if repair is required, our company will only charge the user an appropriate cost.

Technical Services and Design Liaison

Our company adheres to a market-oriented approach. While focusing on product quality, we particularly emphasize improving pre-sale, during-sale, and after-sale service. Our company has a professional service department that is fully responsible for guiding the installation and service of the company's products.


Pre-sale Service: Our company promptly provides the technical materials required for the engineering equipment and elaborately introduces the technical parameters and performance of the products.
During-sale Service: Our company maintains close contact with the demand side. Meanwhile, the customer's information is stored in the computer for tracking and active cooperation to promptly reflect the customer's requirements in the user's products.


After-sale Service: For general products and special materials, our company has sufficient spare parts to ensure the urgent needs of users. For all products supplied by our company, regardless of whether it is our product quality issue or not, we will propose a solution within 2 hours after receiving the user's call, fax, or other forms of notification. If the problem cannot be solved, our after-sales service engineers will arrive at the user's site within 24 hours to handle the emerging problems.

Factory Inspection

Before leaving the factory, hot-dip galvanized steel springboards must be inspected by the quality inspection department in accordance with this regulation. After passing the inspection, a product quality inspection certificate must be attached before leaving the factory.
